Programs must be requested at least a week in advance. The Adventures described above were designed by an elementary school teacher to meet MD state curriculum standards, and there are numerous activities within Great Kids Village that can tie into curricula in other ways! Field Trip Eligibility: At least 10 children must participate. Every Field Trip must maintain a 1 adult to 5 children ratio at all times. Mom's Clubs and Home-School Groups must show either a current newsletter or website. Advance reservations and a $50 deposit are required. Reservations will be cancelled for Field Trips whose deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking. Licensed Child Care Providers (LCCP's) must present their LCCP certification at the time of check-in. Tax-exempt organizations must bring a copy of tax-exempt certificate; otherwise sales tax will be added to your admission charge. Field Trip Rates: $7 per child for Elementary/Preschools/Camps $1 for each Adult Add-On Enrichment Program - $75 for up to 20 children, $3.50 per additional child Food Options for Field Trips: Field trip groups are encouraged to purchase lunch or snacks from Great Kids Village. Field Trip meals are available for $3.50 each, and we have a variety of food options available in our cafe. Food orders must be made at least 3 days in advance. Groups will be charged for the number of meals pre-ordered. Please see our Cafe Menu for complete food selection. Should children bring their own food it must be nut-free, as we are a nut-free facility. A waiver must be signed by a representative of the Field Trip.
