Please Note

• All Parties Can Either Be A Themed Play or Full Service
• Full Service Parties Include Everything for the children (food, favors, crafts, paper products, some include pinata) and Staff for all 2 hours
• Themed Play Parties Are Entertainment and Craft Only With Staff for just the 1st hour. Food, favors, paper products, etc are up to you!
Please note that the Carnival and certain other parties cannot always be made into a Themed Play Party - see flyers or call for more info

No food or drink may be brought into Great Kids Village Columbia at any time with the exception of nut-free cakes. Other food rules apply at other centers - please inquire.

• A $100, non-refundable, deposit is required when the party is booked.
• Advance reservations are required for all parties.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, check and cash for the balance of party, collected at the end of the party.
• 7.5% Admission and Amusement tax applies to party packages at GKV Columbia, 7% at GKV Silver Spring.
• 6% sales tax applies to other options
• We will call you prior to your party date to confirm your party plans and the expected number of children.
• We prefer if food and drinks for the party are ordered in advance to confirm availability.
• We suggest asking guests to RSVP by one week prior to the party.
• Please plan on arriving 5 minutes before the party’s scheduled start time. Plan on your party starting and ending promptly at the scheduled times. Our staff and space is NOT available to stay late.
